Our online store runs on WordPress and WooCommerce, and payments are processed by WooPayments. Arts2Walls is based in North Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, and every print is printed and framed in Australia.

“Services” refers to the fine art prints, framing options and any other products or services offered on our Website.

2. Use of Website

You must be at least the age of majority in your country or region of residence to use this Website.
You agree not to use the Website for any illegal or unauthorised purposes.
You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including photographs, text, images, graphics and logos, is owned by Arts2Walls and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or use any content without written permission from us.

4. Purchases & Payments

All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD).
Payments are processed securely by WooPayments. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Afterpay. We never see or store your full card details.
Every print is made to order once your payment has been received.
Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within Australia only. Shipping is free on every order.
Because each print is made to order, please allow 7–10 business days from the date of your order for printing, framing and dispatch. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the carrier and your location, and is typically a further 2–7 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a further email with tracking details when it is dispatched.
Framed prints are packed with protective corners and rigid outer packaging. Please inspect your parcel on arrival and let us know within 7 days if anything has been damaged in transit.

6. Returns, Refunds & Guarantee

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage, and to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If your print arrives damaged, is faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us at support@arts2walls.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any return costs, at our expense.
Because every print is produced to your chosen size and frame, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, or for an incorrect size or frame selected at checkout. Please check your selection carefully before ordering.
Every framed print is covered by our 10-year guarantee against defects in the print, mounting or frame under normal indoor conditions. The guarantee does not cover damage caused after delivery, including accidental damage, moisture, or prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. To make a claim, email us with your order number and photographs.
Refunds are made to the original payment method and normally appear within 5–10 business days of being processed.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
